Our Associates are trained to assess behavioural traits, which are one of the most reliable indicators of future behaviour, and we tailor our interviews to suit each client and gain the most information about a candidate's employment history, ensuring a closer and more accurate recruitment fit.
Our report to you will outline our assessment of the candidates and their suitability for the position including relevant information such as the perceived strengths and weaknesses of the candidate and their current remuneration and salary expectations. Our Associates are able to assist in interviewing short-listed candidates either informally or as part of a selection panel.
