candidates and will provide you with a report on each of
the suitable candidates prior to your interviewing ,
however reference checking will be completed after you
have met with the short-listed candidates if there is a
likelihood that confidentiality could be compromised.
Our report to you will outline our assessment of the
candidates and their suitability for the position
including relevant information such as the perceived
strengths and weaknesses of the candidate and their
current remuneration and salary expectations. Our
Associates are able to assist in interviewing
short-listed candidates either informally or as part of
a selection panel.
