Our combined backgrounds include:
- Leadership and Management: We have personal experience of leadership and management in high pressure and changing corporate environments
- Commercial Backgrounds: We have worked in commercial environments.
- Human Resources and Organisational Development: We have a strong grounding in human resource management and organisational development, and know what makes a successful corporate coaching intervention
- Educational Psychology: We are all professionally trained coaches bringing a deeper perspective and understanding to behavioural change issues.
