Craig’s clear, practical counsel and strong influencing and relationship building skills have gained him credibility at both the executive and line manager level and he is frequently called on to coach managers through performance reviews or prepare for discussions with difficult individuals and team members. Craig works with those individuals to develop their self awareness and the skills and capabilities needed to interact more positively with others in their organisation.
Craig has significant experience designing and facilitating leadership programs and combines his strong facilitation skills with his business qualifications and background to ensure that all learning programs are designed to generate business related outcomes. Craig McFadden has presented to a diverse range of audiences including mining, health, law, financial services, education and property which has given him the skills to adapt content and process to suit different learning styles and abilities. Craig has also facilitated process improvement workshops and strategic planning retreats.
Currently, in addition to consulting Craig is responsible for managing the Savvy business and is working with Anglo Coal Australia as an external consultant in the area of on-boarding high potential talent and with CB Richard Ellis on the implementation of a national mentoring program and coaching at director level. Craig has worked alongside Coca Cola, BHP, NAB, IAG, CSR and Fairfax on the development of a consortium leadership development program that prepared executives for future challenges and his work on the development of a comprehensive leadership development program has been the focus of articles in the Australian Financial Review and a leading Law Journal.
Craig McFadden is also a facilitator with the Corporate arm of Deakin University - DeakinPrime which uses quality assured facilitators to offer corporate education programs.
Craig is an accredited user of the Human Synergistics LSI instruments, FIRO-B personality assessments and in the facilitation & interpretation of Benchmarks and Skillscope, (Center for Creative Leadership USA) 360 degree feedback instruments and Team Management Systems (TMS profiles and linking skills).

Louise Power
We were delighted when Louise agreed to join our consulting team. Louise is held in high regard in the Queensland legal industry with extensive experience and achievements in all aspects of HR management. Louise was previously HR Manager with a major national firm and her depth of management experience and knowledge means that she provides sensible, strategic advice to a range of industries.

Broad HR generalist with in-depth skills in recruitment/selection and managing performance and reward.
Samantha commenced her career as a HR generalist with a well-known global car manufacturer and then went on to occupy more senior roles in HR management in more diverse industries. Her skill set is a broad generalist with a particular emphasis on recruitment/selection and performance and reward. Having held a management role with an international focus, Samantha has gained valuable experiences in managing virtual teams, understanding cultural differences and working within different countries' industrial laws. Samantha has managed the recruitment of graduates as part of national graduate campaigns, through to technical specialists and senior management. Her industry knowledge has been gained from working at BMW, Ford, Shell Australia, Minter Ellison Lawyers and within the recruitment industry.
Mark McFadden

Mark has long-term experience of working at the most senior levels in the financial services sector, major industry and both federal and state departments and agencies and acts as a sounding board for CEOs and Managing Directors in the handling of sensitive performance management issues, such as the management of difficult individuals.
Mark believes that performance management is about proactively managing poor performance and, just as important, it is about recognizing, developing and retaining high performing individuals. To this end he has developed performance management systems and Staff Recognition Programs.

Mark has practical experience in Return to Work Co-ordination and the management of difficult workers compensation cases across both the Federal and State systems.
Tracy Durheim
Tracy has post-graduate qualifications in literacy and numeracy assessment and specializes in candidate screening and assessment for our client's recruitment assignments.
Tracy is accredited in the Work Aspect Preference Scale and the Occupational Search Inventory and uses these instruments as part of our recruitment and career counselling, coaching and assessment services.
Tracy's background in education and professional development includes the design and implementation of training needs analyses and focus groups for a range of client groups as well as extensive facilitation experience with a range of audiences.
Increasingly Tracy is working with the education professions drawing on her understanding of the adult education principles that underpin much of executive coaching in terms of educator development and improvement of practice.
Tracy believes that Leaders and potential leaders in the education professions gain significantly through the application of evidence based, solutions focused executive coaching methodologies in their workplace.
