Executive Coaching

Our coaching relationships are built on trust and, while the information exchanged is confidential, we usually schedule a review with the client part way through the coaching assignment to check progress and address any emerging issues that may require additional attention or impact more broadly on the organisation.

360 Feedback

In some circumstances we begin the coaching process with 360 feedback. We work with the individuals to enhance their self awareness and to see the impact of their behaviour on others and this may include using our state of the art Psychometric tools such as the Human Synergistics LSI (Life Styles Inventory) LSI1 and LSI2, Firo-B, Benchmarks,  SKILLSCOPE, Team Management Profiles, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and SPQ*Gold  Sales Preference Questionnaire, and the Occupational Preference Scales.
