Craig McFadden has led teams of HR professionals in professional services, public sector, higher education and retail settings and was National Learning & Development Manager with one of Australia’s fastest growing international law firms.

Craig has provided advisory services to business unit leaders on the achievement of business plans, retention of key individuals, leadership & succession planning and developing employee engagement strategies. He has established mentoring programs and conducted coaching sessions for executives on improving individual and team performance.

Craig has significant experience designing and facilitating leadership programs and combines his strong facilitation skills with his business qualifications and background to ensure that all learning programs are designed to generate business related outcomes. Craig McFadden has presented to a diverse range of audiences including mining, health, law, financial services,  education and property which has given him the skills to adapt content and process to suit different learning styles and abilities. Craig has also facilitated process improvement workshops and strategic planning retreats.

Craig has completed an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching with Dr Tony Grant of the University of Sydney Coaching Psychology Unit and uses evidence based, solution focused coaching methodologies in his coaching practice.

Craig is an accredited user of the Human Synergistics LSI instruments, FIRO-B personality assessments and in the facilitation & interpretation of Benchmarks and Skillscope, (Center for Creative Leadership USA) 360 degree feedback instruments and Team Management Systems (TMS profiles and linking skills).
