screening and assessment for our client's recruitment
assignments.
Tracy is accredited in the Work Aspect Preference Scale
and the Occupational Search Inventory and uses these
instruments as part of our recruitment and career
counselling, coaching and assessment services.
Tracy's background in education and professional
development includes the design and implementation of
training needs analyses and focus groups for a range of
client groups as well as extensive facilitation
experience with a range of audiences.
Increasingly Tracy is working with the education
professions
drawing on her understanding of
the adult education principles that underpin much of
executive coaching in terms of educator development and
improvement of practice.
Tracy
